More Sleep, Please...

5 loads of laundry done and ready to start again tomorrow...wow, when I type that, it makes it seem that I'm just letting it pile up - sad - but i'm not...little boys just tend to get dirty and mom likes it clean.  Paul was nice enough to keep the kids entertained while I spent an hour getting everything folded and put away.  (Actually, the kids kept daddy entertained because I don't like anyone helping me fold laundry and he always tries to help...)

I was glad to sleep until 6 this morning...yesterday Gavin (who typically wakes up before me or Paul) woke up at 4:37 and tried to wake us up thinking that we were going to be late doing so.  He forgot to change his clock for daylight savings and got 2 sleeping and slightly cranking parents before 5am.  What is wrong with the youth of today...I don't ever remember wanting to be up before 7am on school days and now I have a 10-year-old that would go crazy if he wasn't showered/dressed and ready to go by 6:15.  I've decided it's my punishment for my youthful grumpiness when mom would have to wake me by splashing water on my face.

It was a great weekend and the kids enjoyed not only trick-or-treating, but we also allowed them to come with us to Paul's neice's party where my kids were center-stage.  Everybody (all 6 of us) enjoyed watching the kids "dance the night away" and I must say that it made it sooo much easier to put them to bed that evening.

I think Ben & Jacob are trying to do the Running Man

And the best thing about the weekend: Dallas Cowboys won, I won my fantasy football game against Tim...and...GREEN BAY LOST TO THE VIKINGS!!  Oh happy day (well for me).  Paul is a HUGE Green Bay fan and has been on the outs with Mr. Bret Favre this year so I am just loving every minute of it.  I really don't care as long as the Cowboys have a better record than Green Bay (even though they're not in the same division...but they are in the same conference).

Must get some sleep now...not sure what time G-man wants to wake us up.
